This thirty minute practice will include: a check-in, setting a positive intention for the practice or the day, a few postures/exercises to connect mind and body, helping with focus and balancing our energy. We will conclude with a guided meditation.
**This group will meet each Monday at 9am PST. This class is open to anyone who might benefit from a mindfulness practice in their day or week. Classes will run begin at 10:30 each Monday.
**A reminder with the zoom link will be emailed each week when you sign up. This is a drop in as you like class.
